Refund & Cancellation Policy
At WebMate Technologies, we strive to provide the best possible service. However, due to the nature of digital services, we have a strict refund policy.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel your project order within 24 hours of making the advance payment. In this case, a full refund (minus transaction charges) will be initiated.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- If the project work has already commenced (Design or Coding started).
- If the domain name or hosting has already been purchased on your behalf.
- If there are delays from the client's side in providing content or approvals.
