Welcome to WebMate Technologies. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our Website and Services.
1. Services
We provide Web Design, Development, and Digital Marketing services. The specific details of the deliverables will be mentioned in the project proposal/quotation provided to you.
2. Payments
- Advance Payment: We require a 50% advance payment to commence any project.
- Milestones: Remaining payment structure will be decided based on project milestones.
- Late Payment: Failure to clear dues upon project completion may result in the suspension of services or website takedown.
3. Revisions
We provide up to 3 rounds of revisions during the design phase. Any major structural changes after the design approval will be charged extra on an hourly basis.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client will hold full ownership of the website code and design. However, WebMate Technologies reserves the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.
